Return & Replacement Policy

If your order is mishandled or damaged in any way during shipping, we will replace your painting for free. You are responsible for the return shipping of your order. Ship it back within 5 days of the original receipt date and we will either ship you a replacement or refund the charge for the order. Visit our Contact page to inquire about steps to return your order.

Please contact us immediately if you feel your purchase qualifies for a return. In the case of purchase of a physical product from this website which satisfies one or more of the following cases, we will gladly arrange a refund or exchange the product:

• The product does not match its description as provided when sold.
• The product received is not the product ordered.
• The product has been damaged in transit.

Please ensure that returned products are safely packed in their original packaging. We will not be held liable for damage to products incurred during return shipping. We will not accept returns if:

• The product does not meet your color expectations.
• The product is returned without prior notice.
• The product is returned after 5 days of receipt.

Shipping

Shipping and handling costs are included in your order. For expedited shipping, please visit our Contact page and we will do our best to meet your timeline. Most canvas are printed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days of the order. Please allow for an additional week of production for commissioned paintings.

Color Accuracy

Colors are true to picture, granting slight variations with monitors. We do not guarantee the reproduction of colors.
